We provide home healthcare services including patient care, elder care, nursing care, and attendant services based on the patient’s condition and requirements.

Booking & Confirmation

Services are confirmed only after booking and receipt of advance or full payment.

Payment Policy

• Payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule.
• Delay in payment may lead to temporary suspension of services.
  
  Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 24 hours prior may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
  
  Staff Replacement

In case of unavailability or any issue, we will provide a replacement caregiver subject to availability.

Client Responsibility

• The client must provide accurate medical information of the patient.
• A safe and hygienic environment must be ensured.
  
  Liability

Delhi Home Healthcare Services shall not be held liable for any unforeseen medical complications. In case of emergency, hospital consultation is advised.

Working Hours & Overtime

Services will be provided as per fixed duty hours. Additional charges will apply for overtime.

Privacy Policy

All patient information will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes.
